"My Childhood Fantasy Of What Grown-Up Apartments Should Be"

TO SEE THE APARTMENT TOUR SLIDESHOW CLICK ON APARTMENT THERAPY

Name: Giulia
Location: Park Slope, Brooklyn
Size: 900 sqft, one-bdrm co-op
Years lived in: 1.5 years

Apartment Therapy featured Giulia's Park Slope apartment in their December Issue. Giulia does public relations for Harper's Magazine and is writing a memoir with recipes due out in 2008. She told them that she found this apartment originally in great shape. There was not much upgrading to do. Instead, she decided to buy all new furnishings, but kept certain art pieces and heirlooms from her old apartment for sentimental reasons.

This apartment is fabulous. Would you please tell me where the sofa is from? It looks like just what I've been searching for. Thanks!

Hi! Sorry for getting back to you a week late. It is a fabulous apartment, Isn't it? ApartmentTherapy.com posted it on their site back in Dec. 2007. I tried finding the original House Tour in their archives and it doesn't seem to be posted any more.

I love the couch too, so I'll be on a mission to keep looking for it on their site. I'll keep you posted if I find something!
